Use of the Service
Yaffle provides tools for collecting website feedback, sharing review links, managing client comments, and recording launch approval. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
Accounts and Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, the activity that occurs under it, and the content and project data you submit or make available through Yaffle.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and when managing project or billing details.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Yaffle to:
- violate law or third-party rights;
- submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content;
- interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- use the service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans, trial periods, project limits, and billing features are managed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and renewal behavior are presented at checkout or in the billing interface.
You are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your subscription. Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of access to paid features.
Client Review Links and Content
You are responsible for the sites, content, and client data you connect to Yaffle, as well as the recipients with whom you share review or approval links. You should only use the widget and review flows on sites you are authorized to review.
Termination
You may stop using Yaffle at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation is not commercially or legally feasible.
Disclaimers and Liability
Yaffle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every use case or legal requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaffle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and provide notice through the website or product where appropriate. Continued use of Yaffle after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
